The roadshow visited Seoul for a ‘partners day' with DasanSR, the local distributor
Singapore - Powersoft has continued the coordinated global launch of its ground-breaking X-Series amplifiers. The journey, which began in Frankfurt Prolight+Sound last year, where the system received its world premier, has now arrived in Asia - starting in Singapore on 18 November.

Here, sound professionals were also introduced to the equally revolutionary DEVA self-contained multifunctional multimedia device.

The session opened with a welcome speech from Gary Goh, deputy MD of E&E Pte Ltd (Powersoft's distributor in Singapore who recently completed the integration of the much talked about Singapore Sports Hub) while Powersoft sales director Luca Giorgi represented the Italian manufacturer.

This was followed by a sharing of information and the launch of the products themselves. This was presented by Powersoft Applications Engineer, Remo Orsoni - who, with more than 30 years' experience in sound engineering and designing of professional audio systems for touring, portable and fixed installation applications, is based in Singapore.

The roadshow then moved on to the Korean capital of Seoul on 24 November, for a 'partners day' with DasanSR, the local distributor.

DasanSR organised a meeting with all its dealer and system integrators, including all its represented brands, and the X Series was warmly received.

Finally, Powersoft carried out the official launch of the X Series to the Chinese market (including the media) on 28 November where Sanecore Audio hosted their visit in Shenzhen. This gave everyone the opportunity to have 'hands-on' experience, while the main practical features of X series were presented by Arthur Soh, Powersoft sales manager for Asia.

Luca Giorgi described the continued investment in the Asia Pacific region as being vital to the company. "This exercise was 100% successful and we were delighted with the feedback we received - both from our partners and their customers," he said, concluding : "We are looking forward to seeing the first application project for the X Series in Asia, which is an ideal product for this growing region."
