The required performance is achieved using a heavy-duty 10" cone driver and a high-resolution 1" HF driver which are both operated with virtually no distortions on system amplifiers via a very linear passive crossover. Together with the Linear Phase Technology an acoustic performance is achieved that is known from active 2-way monitor speakers at most. The directivity pattern of the rotatable horn is 60 x 90 degrees or 90 x 60 degrees respectively.
The electric impedance of 16 ohms allows to connect four to eight M10 Monitors to one channel of the 8.4-DSP or 6.2-DSP and 14.4-DSP system amplifier.
Four Speakon sockets - one with reversed pins - enable two-channel wiring without additional reversible cables or adapters.
Using the existing adjustable bracket of the MT10 and MT12, the M10 Monitor can be either placed on stands or flown on trusses. The water- and dust-repellent front foam ensures a high operational safety under adverse conditions.
Due to the visually elegant form and the solid workmanship the M10 is both suitable for corporate events and tough use on the road. When teamed with the compact SW12 subwoofer, the M10 Monitor makes a high-performance drum-fill.
