UK -The Chroma-Q Color Force LED lighting range has been extended with the launch of the Color Force 12, a multipurpose fixture that is suitable for various entertainment lighting disciplines.

The Color Force 12 provides the feature set of the Color Force LED battens range in a compact, all-purpose version that is suitable for floor, wall or truss mounting. At only 300mm long, the unit's small footprint is suitable for pipe end, shin buster and wash applications.

The fixture can also be used to extend Color Force 48 and 72 LED batten installations, with minimal distance between fixtures and an output in excess of 2,000 lumens for seamless wall washing up to 8m.

The Alpha Profile 700 features a cutting-edge framing system fitted inside the smallest 700-watt moving body on the market. Vietnam - Lantern and followspot manufacturer Robert Juliat reports a successful experience exhibiting at the first PALME Vietnam trade show, which took place in Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre, Ho Chi Minh City.

The stand was manned by Robert Juliat Asia's Jamie Boey and his team. They showcased spotlights, profiles and followspots from the Robert Juliat range. The modular series of motorized moving yokes can provide up to 20,000 ANSI lumens of video projection, creating high brightness imagery on any surface from anywhere, says the company. The hoists come complete with sealed bearings around the loadchain wheel so there is little chance of rain entering the hoist components. They have also fitted a drain system which consists of a short tube from the load wheel area (where water can sit after rain comes down the chain) to the exterior of the hoist. The drain system means that the water exits the hoist in the hook area.
