To achieve a more distinct identity in trussing, the pre-existing partnership with Litec has been terminated.
"Proel and Trabes are two companies which, to some extent, share the same idea of business," explains Maurizio Amadori, founder and Chairman of Trabes. "Since it was established in 1985, Trabes has always worked in the market trying to meet the concrete needs of its customers and demonstrating its commitment to product reliability with accurate choice of materials and attention to detail, as well as with strict monitoring and testing procedures in the production chain.
"A totally Italian manufacturing process is another factor which our two companies have in common and which provides original, customised solutions. Therefore our commercial agreement with Proel - a strategically important partner, especially under this market situation - stems from this spirit of continuous development towards competitiveness."
"Besides having an exhaustive product catalogue, we will now have the opportunity to provide a totally efficient and customised service to any category of customers, fully guaranteed in both pre-sales and post-sales activities", says Massimiliano Fabrizi, sales manager of Proel's Italian events division.
Roberto Meggiolaro, Proel Group's lighting & trussing product manager adds: "Trabes can indeed boast innovative technical solutions as a result of years of experience in the market. Moreover, its R&D division and labs can also design customized aluminium products for all customers requiring items different from the ones displayed in the catalogue."
According to Simon Sinclair, Proel Group's business development director, the agreement signed with Trabes fits perfectly in the strategic plan recently developed by Proel for the professional market: "Proel's new product line completes the selected range of audio, Video, lighting and trussing solutions for the professional market, managed by the new Proel Group professional team that will ensure the highest quality also in customer support."
Each company will operate in the market with its own product lines and commercial plans, yet in close co-operation with the other.
