Shown in the UK for the first time at last year's PLASA, Qube's range continues to grow - this year with the launch of the company's own line array system. A joint venture between FBT and Renkus-Heinz, the QSA-210 Line Array is a two-way passive line array speaker featuring two 10" neodymium loudspeakers and two 1" neodymium drivers, together capable of handling 600W (400W RMS LF into 8 Ohms, 200W RMS into 8 Ohms).
Also on stand will be the JTS range of radio microphone systems, which have received UK regulatory approval. Top of the new JTS range is the US-901 D/A, a true diversity system with eighty selectable UHF channels. Key features include PLL synthesized technology, tuned antennae for stable RF reception, built-in noise mute and tone-key squelch circuitry, half-rack sizing, balanced XLR and unbalanced jack outputs, anti-interference design for use with computer devices and a 'lock on' mode, which avoids accidental alterations of frequency, sensitivity and power-off.
PLASA will also see the launch of several brand new Alto products - some so new that details were sketchy prior to the show opening. However, Proel says debutantes will include the ultra-portable Dragonfly PM12 12-channel mixer with 300+300W onboard digital amplification. Also new will be the first samples of Alto's nearfield studio monitors.
Proel will be on Stand E72.
