CAMCO, the German distributor of Nexo products, hosted a successful demonstration of the new monitors to a meeting of Nexo hire companies. "We had a lot of fun with the N12," reports CAMCO's Reinhard Steger. "The technology has very clear and obvious design and technical advantages, and its unique selling points are all patented. For applications which require dedicated monitors, it makes very sound economic sense."
Both Pro Musik and Babbel & Haeger OHG have been dedicated Nexo users for a number of years, and were impressed by the design and useability of Nexo's first purpose-built wedge. "Not only is the N12 scalable, which makes it suitable for virtually every monitor application and thus able to deliver the best return on investment, but it is also acoustically outstanding - perfect for our high-end jazz and classical applications," says Elmar Hubert from Pro Musik, who praises the distinctive low profile of the speaker.
"We saw it, we heard it and we had to buy it," agreed Gerhard Babbel from Babbel & Haeger OHG. "As a premium rental company, the N12 will be our premium monitor for all applications, and I expect that this new standard will improve our service dramatically in the stage monitoring sector of our business."
