disguise was ranked at number 80 for the accelerated launch of its xR solution to meet the new market needs for immersive remote performance and virtual production. The company was also recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2019 according to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 index released last month.

With the halt in production, broadcast and live events caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, disguise carried out an accelerated launch of its xR solution and allowed free access to its Designer software. In addition, the company hosted a series of webinars in over 10 languages and recently launched an e-learning hub with online certified training courses to support the community in leveraging this new technology.
xR enables users to deliver immersive productions during COVID-19 enabling brands and artists to connect with remote audiences anywhere. The technology has already seen successful applications, enabling customers to deliver breath-taking remote immersive productions for music artists such as Katy Perry, Black Eyed Peas and Ellie Goulding, enterprise businesses like SAP, educational institutions like the University of Michigan, broadcast TV shows like MTV Video Music Awards 2020 and America’s Got Talent, product launches for Asahi and Under Armour and many other virtual experiences in more than 20 countries.
