A member of the AES, Penny has already worked on a number of major projects, including most recently as a member of the Audio and Comms team for the London 2012 Olympic ceremonies. His role within RH Consulting includes product research and project engineering for current clients as well as support for company founder, Roland Hemming, in terms of research into new projects and development of training materials.
"Ryan is a very talented individual and in the short time he has been with us, he's slotted perfectly into our organization," commented Hemming. "He's proved adept at everything we've thrown at him and is excellent with clients. He is a great support for me, and is also perfectly capable of managing his own projects. We're very lucky to have him."
Penny's arrival is the third addition to the team in just six months, highlighting RH Consulting's continued expansion into new business territories.
"After our heavy involvement in the London 2012 Olympics and the wealth of experience we gained there, we have been focusing a lot of our attention on Brazil, consulting with clients who see Brazil as a growth opportunity but don't have the resources or the contacts to exploit it effectively," explained Hemming. "The forthcoming FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the Rio Olympics in 2016 present huge opportunities for manufacturers and other suppliers. Our extensive research and on-the-ground experience combined with our growing database puts us in a unique position of facilitator to ensure that our clients develop understand the correct channels and are in contact with right people to enable them to do effective business in this area."
