UK/France - Rosco has announced that it has acquired Paris-based GobosFactory. Joanna Shapley, France development manager at Rosco says: "We believe in investing when times are tough. This is an excellent move on our part, in the right place at the right time. It is a perfect match to enhance synergies and values for both companies."

Rosco and GobosFactory have united their efforts and resources and, combined with its existing market share for custom gobos in France, this acquisition now gives Rosco a solid position in the French gobo-market.

GobosFactory are the French market leaders for custom gobos. Their manufacturing capabilities will now be expanded with Rosco's worldwide production processes. With the high demands of the live events- and television market, Rosco/GobosFactory are well equipped to meet these high-quality demands and significantly reduce delays for gobos.

Delphine Guenand, GobosFactory says: "This was the perfect time for a next step in GobosFactory's development. We will now combine all our resources with Rosco's Texas and London based facilities. The know-how and experience of the Rosco factories will hugely benefit GobosFactory and its customers."

GobosFactory offers a complete range of gobos made from either metal or glass, in black and white or coloured and to fit all types of projectors. Its efficient service can get orders processed and produced in less than a few hours if necessary. Its gobo product range includes both custom as well a standard catalogue gobo range.
