Over the past three years, Music Group has invested over US $20m in high-precision SMT machines, automated optical inspection and X-ray equipment for their current manufacturing location, Music Group City. The Company also invested in a state-of-the-art research and development centre in Manchester, UK - where ongoing recruitment has grown the staff from eight, to more than 70 at present.
Construction on Music Group's new US $100m, 70-acre complex will be completed by the end of 2014, with as many as 10,000 employees living on site. The campus consists of a 3m sq.ft foot manufacturing facility, plus a variety of amenities for the employees that include a variety of dining options, on-premises childcare, medical services - and a vast array of recreational options.
