Haeming brings over a decade of entertainment lighting experience in international sales and distribution, most recently with Arcus Lighting in Paderborn, Germany. As Arcus is the High End Systems distributor for Germany, Haeming will continue to work with his former company but in his new capacity with HES.
Haeming jumped into the Digital Lighting Revolution with High End's introduction of the Catalyst mirror head in 2001. Since then he has assisted lighting designers and Wholehog 3 console operators in professional shows with all of High End's line of products including its DL.2 and Catalyst v4 media server.
Ruediger says: "When attending the first training in 1997 I just was infected by High End Systems. From then on a personal relationship with sales and in-house engineers evolved through all the years. Bringing people together is one of the major guidance sayings I successfully experienced and further evolved throughout my career."
He adds: "Gaining new levels together with lighting professionals in the field and guiding the new leading technology has always been my personal characteristics at Arcus. This now will be even more strengthened with the responsibility for my European territory."
Arcus' Uli Speckemeier says: "We are happy to have Ruediger still on our HES and Arcus team. HES and Arcus will continue the successful cooperation over the past years and Ruediger will be a great support for us."
HES executive VP Bill Morris, says: "Ruediger has a 12-year history of successfully selling High End Systems products within Germany. His tenure with Arcus has been successful for both companies. In his new position as regional sales manager, he will continue to expand the German market with Arcus, but will also manage our growth with Switzerland, Austria and Italy as well.
"This is one part of an concerted effort that High End has for expansion of presence within the European market. We will be implementing several new sales, marketing and service and support initiatives in response to the market adoption of our new automated luminaire, control and digital lighting products. We are very excited to have Ruediger as the first team addition as we implement our expansion programs."
Haeming is based in Paderborn, Germany.
