The event is aimed at meetings professionals, conference organisers and event planners. Visitors will be able to experience the latest technologies designed to provide maximum impact and engagement at any event.
Saville business manager for Leeds, Ann Seddon explained: "The Pavilion is an excellent venue and offers the opportunity for us to demonstrate our large screen and LED videowall technologies in an authentic environment. Visitors can see exactly how these new technologies can enhance their events."
A central feature of the show will be informal hands-on demonstrations of the latest digital event technologies. With an increasing demand for these tools at conferences and meetings the Saville team will have a range of interactive collaboration and voting systems on show along with webcasting and presentation recording solutions.
Head of digital events Jim Young commented: "Recent market research has shown that nearly 50% of audience members are reluctant to contribute to discussions or ask questions in case they get it wrong or are in fear of becoming the centre of attention. Our unique range of digital solutions, including the Saville IDEA app for mobile devices, are designed to fully connect delegates creating events that Engage, Inform and Inspire."
Saville Concepts, the company's new bespoke set and exhibition stand production facility will also be showcasing examples from a busy and successful inaugural period.
