The appointments see John Lopez, a 15-year veteran with the company, promoted to international sales manager - Latin America. Lopez will manage Elation's external sales rep network in Latin America, who work to support Elation customers in each key country. Eric Loader commented on the new appointment, "Our growth in Latin America demands more support and with John focused 100% on these markets we are confident we will be able to support and build on our customers' relationships in this market."
John Dunn, who has served as Elation's rental production market manager since 2013, will assume the role of national sales manager for Elation's US market. "Over the past two years, John has helped to bring more Elation products to lighting designers and specifiers in the US," Loader said. "The relationships he has developed in the rental production market have helped drive solid growth." Dunn will continue his efforts in the rental production market and in his new role will manage Elation's regional sales managers in the U.S., working with them to support Elation's sales representatives and dealer network nationwide.
Finally, Raul Fonseca, who has been with Elation for eight years as an account executive, has been promoted to regional sales manager - West. "Raul will work closely with our internal and external sales team to support our dealers on the west coast and solidify our leading position in our 'home base' market," Loader stated. Fonseca will join existing regional sales managers Gary Fallon (East) and Ray Villasenor (Central) to further strengthen Elation's national coverage.
Loader summed up the appointments, "I am pleased to be able to promote within our team of very talented and committed staff. The market is always changing and we have to adapt and flow with it. I am pleased to lead this team into our future growth strategy and together we will work hard to continue to provide our customers the best products and solutions they need to grow their businesses." All three new appointments went into effect 1 February.
