Based in Florence, since its formation in 1995 Powersoft has become one of Europe's market leaders in rack-mountable digital amplification, providing products for a huge range of applications from large-scale tours and permanent installations to portable, versatile PA systems. Combined with high quality audio response and a documented history of reliability, the deal is another welcome addition to Sennheiser UK's growing roster of distribution partners, the company says.

Powersoft's range of digital amplifiers, founded on the original DIGAM Series, has expanded to provide bespoke solutions for cinemas, public address systems, touring acts, permanent installations and portable sound requirements. Two or four channel amplifiers are available at for virtually all power and all impedance requirements, providing up to 9000W per channel, while taking up only 1U of rack space.
The flagship range of K Series amplifiers can easily be upgraded through Powersoft's unique Step-Up Card system. As a venue's power requirements grow, the K Series' output power can be increased by purchasing the Card for the same price as an upgraded to the next model. In addition, Powersoft's Power Control System allows the building of a network of amplifiers, allowing the user to perform real-time control and monitoring of the system through a PC.
