"There's a really good bunch of people here at Sennheiser. They're all passionate about the product and they have some great customers. That's already clear to me.
"My experience with Philips is with many different commercial channels. It's a good match for what [Sennheiser UK general manager] Phil Massey is looking for in terms of developing the business."
