Shure will showcase the Microflex Advance, Microflex Wireless (MXW) and ULX-D systems
UK - Shure has announced its official sponsorship of the audio at this year’s Unified Communications (UC Expo), which takes place on 15-26 May at the ExCel, London.
As official audio sponsor, Shure will be providing a selection of microphones to equip the various theatre spaces, seminars and presentations taking place throughout the two-day London event.
Along with audio sponsorship, Shure is the headline sponsor of the AVIXA Diversity Council seminar, How Do We Attract, Recruit And Retain A Diverse And Inclusive Workforce? which is being held on 15 May (Wednesday). The seminar will focus on solutions to facilitate the development of increased diversity and inclusion within the AV/IT industry and features insight and discussion by a selection of industry heavyweights, including Kevin McLoughlin, AV manager, Royal Society of Medicine.
There will also be a Shure presentation on Thursday, 16 May entitled Make Connections Feel Effortless, hosted by Shure’s market development manager Richard Knott. The presentation aims to improve companies’ conferencing experiences by early planning of networked audio requirements and the discussion of reliable and effective systems needed.
Shure will also be exhibiting at the event, showcasing the complete range of Microflex Advance, Microflex Wireless (MXW) and ULX-D systems. Visitors are able to experience a live demo of the MXA910 Ceiling Array Microphone from the Shure booth.
Now entering its 13th year, UC Expo is Europe’s largest unified communication and collaboration show, attracting over 6,500 professionals from within the unified communications and collaboration industry and providing flexible ways of delivering, managing and supporting communication that utilises UC&C technologies for more efficient and better-connected businesses.
“Modern businesses now operate across multiple time zones,” says Knott. “UC Expo is a great event for Shure to demonstrate the systems and infrastructure needed in place to support effective communication at the highest level, while offering the end user the best possible conferencing experience.”
