"The Mozart is the perfect eye candy fixture and this was an ideal application for them - they really showed off the depth of the stadium and did a great job on camera," says Cory FitzGerald, the tour's lighting director. "We alternated Mozarts and Sharpys all around the second level of the Stade de France. They worked brilliantly." Lighting was co-designed by FitzGerald and Roy Bennett.
With settings from three to 48 DMX channels, and 1, 4, or 16 RGB "pixel" groups per fixture, the lightweight, low profile Mozart is extremely versatile - it fits in the palm of your hand! The Mozart's ultra-high refresh rate at 38,400Hz is great for any camera, and at approx. 11,000 NITS, the Mozart is significantly brighter than any outdoor LED wall. At only 1 ΒΌ lb., the Mozart is perfect for low weight load-bearing structures and surfaces - and it's IP65 rated.
First introduced at The World Choir Games Closing Concert in Riga, Latvia, with 160 interspersed throughout a choir of over 5,000 singers from around the world by lighting designer Normunds B?as?ns, the compact yet powerful Mozart is the latest addition to the Solaris LED product range.
