Working together over the four-day conference, the two 4mx3m indoor 6mm LED screens, were flown from two 4m truss structures within the reception of the conference. They then were taken down and combined into one 8mx6m screen and again flown from the truss structure in the main exhibition area for last two days of the event.
Included within the package, Stage Electrics also supplied their own video specialist, Chris Lewis, who was on site to provide technical support, for the whole duration of the conference, ensuring that QAV's desired objectives for the LED Screens during the conference were fulfilled.
The Progress and Promise Congress is an ongoing congress which QAV has produced for the last five years in which rheumatologists and dermatologists meet to discuss current and emerging new treatment strategies which are being developed for inflammatory and dermatological diseases.
Ben Noble, business development manager, Stage Electrics comments, "We spent a lot of time with QAV in order to deliver the best possible result. The screens performed extremely well in both formats."
Ed Noble, events director of QAV says, "As this year is a 10th year anniversary for our client's product it was important for us to have an additional wow factor. QAV's in-house creativity and expertise produced high quality animated content and we wanted a delivery system that matched that standard. The screen, in both configurations, provided the suitable backdrop to ensure 2000 delegates experienced something special."
