As engineering graduate (Dipl.-Ing) for theatre and event technology, Fiedler worked for the Nationaltheater Mannheim, before joining Stella AG as stage and lighting director. Since November 1999 he has worked for the Despar Licht- und Bühnentechnik GmbH, where he was responsible for the planning as well as realization of special projects.
