These strategic moves reflect Turbosound's growing customer base, fuelled by the company's expanding product portfolio, which now ranges from the flagship Aspect series, through the QLight and QLight digital powered ranges, to the TXD and TCS musician and contractor products. The changes also reinforce Turbosound's approach of ensuring that each major territory is managed by a dedicated resource, say the company.
In his new role, McMullan is responsible for expanding and managing Turbosound's UK dealer base, while providing technical support and backup to end-users and customers throughout the country. His extensive experience in pro audio includes a recent post at LMC Audio, where Paul fulfilled the role of technical sales executive, handling the company's wide range of pro audio products - including Turbosound loudspeakers - and offering advice and support to customers.
McMullan commented on his new position as UK sales manager at Turbosound, he says: "This is a great time to be joining Turbosound. The range of products is very strong across all sectors of the market, with our Aspect system now thoroughly proven, having successfully completed many tours and festivals around the world. I saw this move as a perfect opportunity to further my career within the industry, with an established and well-respected manufacturer. I couldn't be happier!"
Rik Kirby, sales director of Turbosound, also comments: "With a business that is growing as quickly as ours, it is vital to have salespeople who are clearly focused on their specialist markets. Paul's appointment gives us a dedicated UK sales manager and, at the same time, allows Tim to focus solely on growing our business in the Middle East and Asia.
