The event, which has become a major fixture on Members' calendars, takes place on Wednesday 2 June at the stunning King's Place Concert Hall in north London.
Without doubt, it will be one of the most significant in the Association's history as Members vote on the proposed merger with North American trade association ESTA. If the Members vote in favour, the newly-merged organisation will become a 1200-strong network of businesses operating under the PLASA name, placing the organisation in a strengthened position to influence the future direction of the industry and to deliver to its Members a compelling range of initiatives, business services and commercial benefits.
To date feedback from Members of both ESTA and PLASA has been highly positive, with many believing the timing is absolutely right for both organisations to come together under the PLASA name.
With such an important issue on the agenda, interest in attending this year's event has inevitably been high, paving the way for a record turnout.
Following the AGM, an informal drinks reception is held in the venue's art gallery and then Members sit down for a three-course Lunch in the waterside Battlebridge Room. This year's after-lunch speaker is Jonathon Porritt CBE, a well known campaigner and founder director of Forum for the Future - the UK's leading sustainable development charity.
Any Member of the Association is welcome to attend the event.
