India - Jaipur’s Suntech Sound recently invested in their first L-Acoustics system comprising of Kara II and KS28 high-power subwoofers. With the aim to exceed their clients’ expectations, Vaibhav Goel, founder of Suntech Sound strategically planned the company’s future with L-Acoustics.
The purchase was done through Hi-Tech Audio & Image who are L-Acoustics official India distributor and have been associated with the brand for a decade.
The move marks a significant milestone for Suntech Sound as it expands its product portfolio and further solidifies its position in the audio rental industry.

Suntech Sound started an event management company who have been catering to clients for wedding, corporate shows, government events, and music concerts. “For Suntech Sound this is a turning point for their entertainment business with L-Acoustics,” says Rajan Gupta, CEO & founder of Hi-Tech Audio & Image. To make the system user-friendly, Hi-Tech Audio & Image conducted exclusive technical training for the client’s audio team. Ganesh Chandra, application engineer for L-Acoustics from the distributor company provided on-site training. “Using Soundvision to visualise the final system configuration and performance helped me to train Vaibhav Goel and his team. They could implement changes to achieve the desired, optimal results with Kara II along with the KS28s,” he reports.
“We have provided the client’s tech team with on-ground training as well as show support for a grand wedding in Jaipur. Adhering to the safety rules of L-Acoustics, we have demonstrated the proper rigging procedure of the Kara 2 line-array systems.”
