As well as responsibility for turnover and profitability, Kamil Swobodzinski's brief includes increasing market penetration, internationalization/expansion of the distribution network with a view to increasing growth potential, direction of the sales team, and the targeted use of marketing measures. "Once the team has been together for a few days," says Swobodzinski, "I'm convinced that, in view of the quality of the product portfolio, a sound basis will exist for sustained growth."
