Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model TV show aired on Sky Living
UK - SXS Events has selected an Allen & Heath iLive digital mixing system from its hire stock to manage audio requirements on the Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model TV show.

Aired in the UK on Sky Living, and internationally syndicated to over 50m viewers, all of the sound from the live elements of the show including speech, are fed through the iLive system, which comprises an iDR-48 MixRack and iLive-T112 Control Surface.

"iLive is great for shows like this because of its totally open architecture. This allows us to provide whatever matrix mixes are required for the TV crew, as well as live mixes for FOH, backstage and any other feeds needed. The sheer number of channels in the iDR-48 means we are never short, and can always provide the connectivity that producers and directors need at the last minute. What's more, surfaces like the iLive-T80 and T112 are compact and great for tight spaces, without losing functionality," explains SXS's Johnny Palmer, production designer for the event.
