Millennium Money - Wales Millennium Centre has claimed to have sold £100m worth of tickets since its opening a decade ago. The centre, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this week, has released an impact report revealing that 13.5m people have visited the centre, and more than three million attended its theatre. Artistic director Graeme Farrow said: "Wales Millennium Centre has made a tremendous impact over the past decade . . . Over the next decade we will surprise people more regularly and throw open the doors to all the spaces within this amazing site and let the air in."

The venue, which is home to Welsh National Opera, BBC National Orchestra Wales and the National Dance Company of Wales, has also revealed that it used 996,790 tea bags over the last decade.

The Truth Is Out There - Gillian Anderson and Tom Hiddleston took the top acting honours at this year's London Evening Standard Theatre Awards. Anderson won for her role as Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire. Hiddleston said he was "so proud" to win for his title role in Coriolanus. The awards, at the London Palladium, included an appearance by Kate Bush, whose comeback series of concerts were given a special award. Her Before the Dawn shows at the Hammersmith Apollo won the editor's award for creating "a new high in music performance". The award for best play went to Rona Munro's epic trilogy The James Plays; The Scottsboro Boys, won the best musical prize; Here Lies Love won a special 'Beyond Theatre' award for "pushing the boundaries of the musical".

Glasto Star - Lionel Richie will play the Sunday teatime slot at next year's Glastonbury Festival, organisers have announced. "We are over the moon," said festival co-organiser Emily Eavis, daughter of Glastonbury founder Michael. "We felt very lucky to get the call from a true Motown legend asking to play next year."

Mixed Bag - A Cambridge politics graduate, an actor from Skins and a former mayoral candidate have all made the long-list for the BBC Music Sound Of 2015. The list, which was put together by a panel of DJs, critics and broadcasters, highlights 15 of the best and brightest new acts for the coming year. It includes spoken word artist George The Poet, raucous rock act Wolf Alice and confessional songwriter Soak. Last year's victor was Sam Smith, with previous winners including Adele and Haim.

Rodents On The Run - Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap has extended its first ever UK tour into 2015. Previously booking until 6 December at the Palace Theatre in Southend-on-Sea, the new leg of the tour will commence at His Majesty's Theatre in Aberdeen on 28 April, 2015, and visit theatres across the country until November. The Mousetrap began a national tour in 2012 to mark the production's 60th anniversary on the West End stage, where it runs at the St Martin's Theatre.

Magic Bond - Commercial radio station Magic has become the new radio broadcast partner of the Olivier Awards, bringing to an end the ceremony's relationship with the BBC. The awards were broadcast by Radio 2 from 2010, however this year's ceremony was not aired live as in previous years and was instead transmitted as a highlights package after the event. Prior to Radio 2's involvement, the ceremony was shown on BBC2 up until 2003. As part of the new arrangement, the station - which will be available nationally on the digital platform from January - will broadcast a specially commissioned strand of programmes "celebrating the West End". The network will also broadcast content from the ceremony but it has not been revealed what this will comprise. As with the previous two years, 2015's Olivier Awards will be shown on ITV on 12 April.
