Ruta will assume the administrative responsibilities of the general manager, and Gene Leitermann, who has assumed that role for the past four years, will relinquish the title. Leitermann will remain Director of Business Development and will continue to serve on the management team in that capacity. He is also a senior project manager, and Ruta's appointment will allow him to devote more of his time to project work.
