The company's statement said: "It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Paul Smith, co founder of TMC Ltd. Paul passed away on New Year's Day after a courageous battle with cancer. His family were by his side at his home in Haworth, Yorkshire."
A service will be held at Haworth Parish Church at 2pm on Wednesday 11 January 2012. The company says all are welcome, but requests no black suits, please. More information is available from TMC on 01274 370966.
