Triple E's David Edelstein and Scott Foster will be available to discuss the company's Erail, Unitrack, and Unibeam track systems, known for their simple design, rugged construction and ease of installation in entertainment applications. The company's popular SDrive and original TDrive motors will also be on show.
Visitors will also be able to get hands-on with the brand new heavy duty TDrive motor, which makes its UK debut at PLASA Focus. It was created in response to the requirements of a number of projects in the USA and Canada.
The new TDrive HD motor has been developed for longer track systems and heavier curtains. The motor is designed to work with Unibeam and Unitrack systems. Like the standard TDrive it incorporates the control, so is a plug and play system. The drive pulley is upgraded to a triple groove system with two rope tensioners.
The unit can have a POSI BOX added which includes a rope driven Encoder head pulley for programmed intermediate positioning. The motor can be controlled by the Triple E Marvin touch screen, which was previewed at the 2013 ABTT Theatre Show in London.
"Since we launched the SDrive and TDrive plug and play motors, in 2012 and 2013 respectively, demand for these systems has been steadily increasing as word has got around about their great value, easy installation and reliability," says David Edelstein. "We will be launching new accessories during the course of 2014."
To coincide with PLASA Focus, Triple E is unveiling its rebooted www.3-eee.com website with a radically redesigned, user-friendly instant quote tool. The engine driving the powerful quote tool has been built over the last 18 months, with a view to simplifying orders of both track systems and any required components and accessories.
All of Triple E's six main tracks systems, including U shapes and perimeter tracks, are available for instant quotes using the tool.
"We believe the new tools we've implemented on our new website will make it easier, faster, and more efficient for our customers to get to the information and products they require to obtain a quote," says Triple E's managing director David Edelstein. "The newly launched online service features a handy tool allowing clients to get a clear picture of cost for the most often requested track layouts."
All of Triple E's partners can have their own login to the site, where all quotes can be saved and/or downloaded, or emailed directly to them. Edelstein is inviting anyone who'd like to take advantage of this service to get in touch - david.edelstein@3-eee.com or visit the stand.
"The new site is a massive step forward for Triple E," continues Edelstein. "In addition to providing a better service to existing and prospective customers, the added bonus is it gives us more time to work on special projects and research and development projects, helping Triple E continue to produce new product solutions for the industry." The new site is now live at www.3-eee.com
