"Last year, we came to PLASA as visitors," said Stuart Kerrison, sales director of TTA."This year we were exhibitors and the show has given us great insight into how far TTA and the Stagetracker product have come in 12 months. We've met industry professionals from all over the world - Canada, Iceland, Singapore, Greece - who have heard about and read about our system. At both distributor and end-user level, a lot of people indicated to us that they are really excited about this genre of technology and its implementation."
Co-exhibiting with new UK distributor Ambersound, TTA was demonstrating the third-generation hardware and software which has seen Stagetracker expand to handle an unprecedented 32 performers, all of which can be tracked and localised independently within the software, which also offers integrated FX editing and playback capabilities.
Stuart Kerrison, sales director of TTA, also took the opportunity at PLASA to announce the signing of an exclusive distribution partner in Germany. Mega Audio is one of Germany's most respected pro-audio equipment importers, with a brand portfolio that includes Digidesign, Fostex and DPA Microphones. Burkhard Elsner and Peter Föller from Mega Audio joined the TTA team in London.
