The CityColor is a 2.5kW exterior floodlight rated to IP54 for outdoor use. Able to operate in standalone mode or under DMX control, it offers remote control of intensity plus three-colour mixing. Bright, rugged, versatile and reliable, the units are supplied flightcased ready to be rolled into position, plugged in and focused (units are supplied with barndoors fitted). The CityColors have already proved popular for a wide range of projects, including shows at the Royal Albert Hall, at York Minster, on corporate work, at weddings and even lighting an inflatable tank at a firework display! Their brightness, beamspread and colour-mixing have also attracted the attention of theatrical lighting designers, with one unit (modified with a quick-fit hanging system by The Moving Light Company) currently lighting the cyclorama on Rent at the Prince of Wales Theatre.
Pulsar's ChromaBank is an LED version of the long-familiar M16-style batten. Each 1.29m long batten contains 12 LED lightsources each capable of mixing 16.7million colours in either standalone mode or under DMX control. The 20° beam angle allows the unit to light adjacent surfaces evenly, while a 90° wide-angle filter is available if required. The units are highly versatile light sources capable of chasing and strobing as well as slow colour dissolves, and also offer the benefits of low power consumption, long lamp life and cool running. They are particularly suited to the world of corporate and event lighting, and White Light's sister company Colourhouse is offering the latest technology to designers in these fields.
