The group decided to reinforce its top management given its high ambition to further develop the company. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chris Depreeuw mentions, "We are delighted to have Lucas Covers on board. This appointment must be seen as the next logical step in the evolution of XL Video. After a rewarding year 2012, the time has come to further accelerate our growth path."
René de Keyzer, founder and board member of XL Video, will take up his role as founder-president, with particular responsibility for strategic projects and global sales in close collaboration with Covers.
