John Digweed at Godskitchen.
UK - Global dance conglomerate and superclub, Godskitchen, has made a new addition to its DJ booth with Allen & Heath's Xone:92 MIDI-capable DJ/club mixer. The club, which already uses Allen & Heath's popular Xone:62, wanted to offer the latest functionality to the big-name DJ's that frequently perform. Since its installation several weeks ago, artists including Armin van Burren, Mauro Picotto, Lisa Lashes, Scott Project, James Zabiela and Xone faithfuls Sander Kleinenberg and John Digweed, have been at the controls.

"Godskitchen obviously wants to keep up with the latest technology and the new Xone:92 is simply fantastic; it is evident that a lot of thought has gone into the product. The sound quality is brilliant and at Air - home of Godskitchen - we ensure that we only use top quality equipment," commented Godskitchen's lighting and sound technician, Will Miller.

"There are some great features on the Xone:92 including the new filter options, which are more than enough to keep any DJ and crowd entertained during a set. Also, the availability of two aux sends and two mix outputs is a bonus and makes recording easier. Not forgetting the mixer's stand-out feature - the MIDI output - which enables control of high-tech devices like Ableton Live and Korg's Kaoss pad. The 92 is the next step forward in DJ mixers and no booth should be without one!"
