Exhibiting on Stand 2-A40, two of the most recent additions to the company's Commercial Installation Solutions (CIS) series are the MA2030 and PA2030 compact 2 x 30W mixer amplifiers. Both feature a high-efficiency Class D amplifier, silent operation and direct support for both low and high impedance speaker systems. For maximum flexibility the MA2030 adds two-channel mixing with source EQ (Bass/Treble), plus several of Yamaha's DSP technologies featured in the company's top of the line professional audio equipment.
Also in the world of digital mixing, Yamaha will have the latest firmware update for its CL and QL series consoles on demonstration, which provides inbuilt Dan Dugan auto-mixing on the CL range for the first time.
In loudspeakers, a highlight will be the new CBR Series. These two-way passive units come in three models, all featuring a newly designed wide-dispersion constant directivity horn, HF protection circuit, M8 rigging points and a rugged and highly portable enclosure with an optimised 50° wedge angle for floor monitoring.
Meanwhile the BR Series continues the renowned high quality sound of Yamaha's Concert Club series, with a simple yet sophisticated design that delivers high quality sound while easily coping with the rigours of daily use in a portable sound reinforcement system for medium-sized spaces.
Also on show will be the rest of Yamaha's CIS range, including the XMV multi-channel amplifiers, MTX matrix processors, DCP controllers and the VXC and VXS ranges of loudspeakers. The latter includes EN54-24 certified versions, which are specifically designed for use in PA/VA voice alarm systems.
Yamaha will also be launching new products for the installation market at the show.
