The Netherlands - Yamaha Commercial Audio Europe is to distribute a new line of audio products designed for the contractor installation markets, produced exclusively for the company by Spanish manufacturer, Equipson SA.

Launching at ISE in Amsterdam, which takes place at the city's RAI Centre from 1-3 February, the new WORKproCA series will include a range of ceiling speakers, active and passive wall mount loudspeakers, subwoofers, power amplifiers and mixer amplifiers.

Competitively priced, the WORKproCA range has been targeted to meet the requirements of clients who demand high quality installations while working to tight budgets.

"Our European installation dealers having been asking us for some time to provide them with a range of products to compete in the volume contractor space," says Nick Cook, European marketing director of Yamaha Commercial Audio Europe.

"Having seen the quality and value of the audio products which Equipson already supplied worldwide, it seemed the logical step for us to use their expertise and capabilities to quickly address this demand."

Yamaha has been able to work with Equipson to design this exclusive series, which the company will now promote through its extensive European dealer network. This collaborative approach means that Yamaha Commercial Audio can now offer an even wider spread of installation products and make the job for the consultant and contractor easier by offering them a one-stop solution - or very close to it, says the company.

"Of course the products also come with the Yamaha sales and support network, which our dealers and end users know they can completely depend on," adds Cook.

At ISE, Yamaha will be showing a selection of WORKproCA equipment alongside the company's own products for the installation, broadcast and live audio markets.

"Since founding the company in 1995 we have been dedicated to developing competitively priced quality audio products which meet our clients' requirements," says Juan José Vila, product director for Equipson.

"We are already planning to expand the WORKproCA range beyond those products you will see at ISE and look forward to a long and successful relationship with Yamaha Commercial Audio."
