UK sales manager, Nick Pemberton completed the sale. "As a person with Yorkshire blood in me, I understood what Bob wanted from his console: quality and flexibility, without it breaking the bank. Aztec fits the bill perfectly. As one of the finest sounding console available, Aztec's "no nonsense" design is perfect for engineers who require speed and efficiency. Yorkshire Audio is yet another client who has realized the advantage and benefit to owning a such a great console." <>P>Aztec's first outing will be with Greg Lake (of Emerson Lake & Palmer fame). Front-of-house engineer John Turner commented: "I can't wait to get my hands on the console. Its solves many of the problems that I have encountered before, with its extensive routing and flexible multi-track outputs, which will be used for recording the shows ready for a forthcoming DVD CD/DVD release. I've often used Aztec in Europe and I'm really looking forward to be using it day-in, day-out."
Audient's technical director and designer of the Aztec, David Dearden, added: "It's great to see Aztec being used with Greg Lake. I worked with him myself many years ago, it's funny how these things come around."
During the tour, Aztec will be used at the Middlesborough Music Live festival where 10,000 people will be enjoying bands such as The Thrills and many more.
