At night, the official after Street Parade party 'Energy 2006' was staged in five different locations in Zurich. For the hardcore party ("Hotter than Hell vs. Hellraiser") at the city hall Dietikon Whitelight Licht & Eventtechnik used for reinforcing the dance floor at the ground floor the K.M.E. line array system PANO. The setup of eight line array units (QL 906s) and eight subs (QLB 118s) with additional sub-basses (QBSL 1181) was used in active mode and delivered "glass clear sound with a powerful bass" according to K.M.E.
The orgainser, Dreamland Events, was using K.M.E. equipment for the first time and was so impressed with the clear sound of K.M.E.'s line array that they want to do future events only with K.M.E, the company reports. The dance floor at the basement was equipped with an additional QS 5 system consisting of 12 subs QBH 1181 and six top units QSH 1122. The monitoring was made by active monitors FM 1122 AE.
Philipp Wyss of Whitelight Licht & Eventtechnik comments on the PANO line Array: "The quality of the sound and in particular the excellent dispersion of the top unit QL 906 are absolutely perfect."
