The Chroma-Q Color Block DB4 LED fixture.
UK - A.C. Lighting is set for another exciting show at this year's PLASA exhibition, where several major product launches and new distribution lines will be unveiled on the stand. Two new lighting products receive their official trade show launch at PLASA, and set new benchmarks in their fields of LED and lighting console design, say the company.

The Chroma-Q Color Block DB4 LED fixture features a modular design, comprehensive fixing options and advanced effects engine, allowing users to create a versatile LED system using stock of just one fixture type. The product will be shown its many configurations and fixing options.

Also launching this year from Chroma-Q is the 4Play - a fault-tolerant, self-healing 4-way DMX buffer designed to fully isolate all outputs from each other. Supplied with 4 x 5 pin connectors, each output is separately generated and boosted from the original DMX signal.

The Jands Vista gets its official European tradeshow launch at PLASA 2004 after attracting much interest in concept form at last year's show. A.C. will be displaying the production models of both chassis sizes - the dual programming and playback modes T4 and single programming and playback modes T2. The A.C. technical team will be providing regular demonstrations of the console's innovative features throughout the show - including the powerful Generic Fixture Model, Timeline functions and how to build lighting designs and control all design parameters using the Vista's unique pen and large colour screen interface. A.C. lighting console specialists Neil Vann and newly appointed Lee House will be on hand to answer questions about the Jands range as well as demonstrate MA Lighting's full size grandMA console and WYSIWYG control software.

Following the company's recent appointment as a UK dealer for Funktion-One, A.C.'s Audio division will show the company's 'Resolution' loudspeaker system. The speakers will be on display together with MC2 E Series amplifiers and XTA speaker management systems. Combined, these products give unparalleled audio excellence.

A.C.'s digital audio specialist Alex Hadjigeorgiou will also be on hand to demonstrate the Yamaha DM1000 digital audio production console. The compact DM1000 takes digital audio desks to a new level and has recently been supplied by A.C. to a number of different entertainment venues and installation companies.

A.C. Lighting can be found on stand J32.
