For the 455th anniversary of the founding of the city of Santiago del Estero, an open-air stage was set up for the event at the Aguirre Park in Santiago del Estero, attracting crowds of over 100,000 people. It featured performances by El Chaqueño Palavecino, Néstor Garnica, Peteco Carabajal, Maximiliano Guerra and Juan Saavedra, Dúo Coplanacu, Los Carabajal, Marcelo Toledo and Soledad Pastorutti.
The sound system supplied by Ariel Marti of Marti Audio, comprised 24 Aero 48 systems. 12 were flown on each side of the stage together with 16 of the new LX-218 subwoofer units. Two powered Aero 28A units for front-fill were placed at the foot of the stage, ensuring optimum front-row coverage.
Marti also flew three Variant 112 systems to handle out-fill and provide the necessary coverage for the sides of this massively attended event. Three delay towers consisting of eight Aero 28A systems and one equipped with six Variant 112 units were used. The system was controlled by a Yamaha model M7CL console and a Dolby Lake 412 processor.
Stage monitoring was handled by ten powered SML-12A and four SML 15A units, delivering quality uniform sound pressure to the audience area throughout the performances. Drum-fill was accomplished with a Sub 118 unit and two Compact 2 systems while one Sub 218 unit per side served as side-fill.
