SaatiFil Acoustex fabrics are designed for acoustical applications requiring consistent performance and excellent sound pressure levels. They are precisely woven with polyester monofilament fibres to create uniform mesh openings and are used in applications such as microphone pop filters, speakers and headphones, and also combine a Hyphobe treatment that provides moisture-repelling characteristics.
Initially the covers have been made for the most popular EX12 cabinets as shown in the photograph and include rain hoods for the two cable inlets. All stitching is waterproofed and will withstand rain completely, say KV2 Audio.
