Allen & Heath seminars in India attracted over 100 attendees
India - Allen & Heath's Indian distributor, Sun Infonet, recently completed a series of training sessions in three key locations - Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Calcutta - targeting customers who are ready to move from traditional analogue to digital solutions.

"I thought there was a very good knowledge of digital and IT solutions, and several engineers who had operated competitor digital consoles were keen to come and compare their experiences," comments Allen & Heath product manager, Leon Phillips.

The seminars were split into three areas - ZED, GL and iLive/iDR - attracting over 100 attendees selected from Sun Infonet's customer base comprising live PA owner/operators, dealerships and installation contractors with broadcast experience.

"Digital mixing is in its infancy in India," says Sun Infonet's director, Neeraj Chandra. "However, enthusiasm is high, particularly in the territories we were targeting with our roadshow, and customers were very keen to get their hands on iLive - as well as Allen & Heath's other new products - to try them out for themselves. Sales growth for Allen & Heath consoles in India over the last two years has been phenomenal, and the roadshow demonstrates Allen & Heath's commitment to servicing its Indian customers."
