Based near Nice, Monitoring Company is headed by Jean-Baptiste Lannoy and has over 20 years' experience in the music, video and broadcast industries. Among the many top brands the company represents are Evertz, Marshall and ASTRO.

DK-Technologies develops and produces audio meters, video sync and test signal generators, video waveform monitors and colour analysers for both LCD and CRT monitors. Its products are found in many of the world's top music recording, post production, video and broadcast facilities.
Under the terms of the new distribution deal, Monitoring Company will be the primary importer of all DK-Technologies' products and will appoint its own dealer network throughout France. Monitoring Company's technical staff will assist with product support and installation, as well as offering demo facilities.
