Martin Goosen, DPA product specialist, Amptec.
Benelux / Turkey - DPA Microphones has reviewed its distribution structure in Benelux effective 1 March 2007, resulting in long-standing Belgian partner Amptec taking on responsibility for the entire region. Martin Goosen, DPA product specialist at former Dutch distributor TransTec, joins Amptec to work with existing staff, affording DPA clients in Holland and Luxembourg the continuity of dealing with a familiar and established DPA expert.

An exclusive DPA distributor since 2001, Amptec, is well placed to expand its geographical footprint.

"We have enjoyed a long and fruitful business relationship with the very professional TransTec organisation in Holland, and wanted to simplify the distribution by having only one distributor handling the Benelux region," says DPA's director of sales and marketing, Morten Stove.

Amptec managing director Bart Willems, says: "Over the years, DPA and Amptec have become very good business partners. DPA manufactures top range microphones that fit perfectly with Amptec's mission of delivering high quality products and services. In Belgium both the DPA standard and miniature series have become a reference for quality in their segment. We believe that Amptec is ready to bring existing and new DPA products to the Benelux market in the best possible way."

Goosen joins Amptec's Bart Hilberink, Peter Van Houtven and George Lemmens to create a specialised DPA product team.

DPA has also appointed a new distributor for Turkey. Istanbul-based Radikal Ltd has taken over sales for the region.
