Charles Steward has been appointed as head of managed services
UK - Kent- based creative event specialist Eclipse Presentations has expanded with the addition of three new key personnel.

Charles Steward has been appointed as head of managed services, to head-up and drive the fast-growing Eclipse Services division of the company.

John Michaels and Martin Worman join as area managers, who will help co-ordinate Eclipse's dedicated site teams working across the 18 high-profile central London venues for which the company provides event services, technical production and AVL equipment.

Steward's background includes 10 years of operational experience in the professional AV industry including as a director of Impact Marcom. He also brings a wealth of knowledge in the contractual and finance sectors garnered working nationally and internationally.

His role at Eclipse Services will include building the portfolio, managing investment and equipment inventories, ensuring that the company is always in a position to offer the highest standards of excellence and the most creative technology available to its clients.

John Michaels will be supporting all of Eclipse's onsite crews with technical and administrative elements. He will be contributing fresh, new ideas about the latest technical and design options available, as well as liaising with the various venues, ensuring they have a knowledgeable constant point-of-contact who is always accessible.

Before joining Eclipse he worked in a similar role for another company and oversaw prestigious sites like Claridges and The Savoy hotels, amongst others. His experience also encompasses production management on cruise ships.

Martin Worman returns to Eclipse after a two year break ... because he enjoys the company, the work and the people so much!

He is multi-skilled with a penchant for producing and production managing a dynamic range of shows, originating concepts and bringing new perspectives and techniques to the event production creative and technical process.
