Promising "no more overloads on stage", Eilon Engineering is launching a new, improved version of Ron StageMaster wireless and wired load monitoring and overload prevention system, featuring longer transmission range, longer battery life, faster update rate and more, at PLASA 2011.

Tens / hundreds of load cells' measurements are displayed on one laptop screen and create a real time load map, allowing the rigger to detect an overload and handle it before it becomes dangerous.

The load cells enable minimum headroom loss and have up to 1500 battery hours; up to 96 wireless load cells, or up to 256 wired load cells with just a single cable descending from the truss. All wireless and wired load cells are displayed on one laptop screen as a real-time load map, overlaid on the stage-plan layout (AutoCAD etc), enabling the rigger at the venue to immediately identify the location of the overload and take swift preventative action.

Features of Ron StageMaster include portability and exceptionally low headroom loss; up to 2000 hours battery life for long and independent load cell self power supply for entire shows; RF transmission range up to 600'/200 meters; practically the only completely wireless system in the market that enables quick and easy installation with no messy cables; up to 96 load cells' measurements displayed on one laptop screen, creating a real time load map; may be integrated with the Ron StageMaster 5000 Single Cable and together monitor on one screen a total of 328 load cells: 72 wireless load cells and 256 load cells on single cable.

The system also features a logical zoom in / out feature; it can be integrated with any existing controller; a downloadable data log of months of continuous measurements; high safety features including aerospace steel construction; perpendicular design (90° between shackle holes) that eliminates external moments' influence; internal safety mechanism ensuring that the displayed data is the exact data that was transmitted by the load cells, and more.
