Scott McDonnell advocates the versatility of Black Steel Gobos
UK - Goboland Worldwide reports one of the best PLASA shows to date for the company with a very successful promotion of its GoboSlides and presentation of the new Goboland website and catalogue.

"Everyone was thrilled to receive their tokens for a free gobo from the Black Steel Collection of designs," says Goboland UK director, Vicky Fairall, "and some went to extreme measures not to mislay them!". The gobo keyfob tokens were produced to celebrate the newly designed Goboland UK website with its streamlined online ordering system and new Black Steel Collection designs.

"Furthermore, our collaboration with The Projection Studio has resulted in a growing library of Goboland GoboSlides for customers to choose from, with images drawn from The Projection Studio's broad range of source material. Our custom service has gone down particularly well, with orders coming in even before the show had finished."

In the expansive White Light zone the versatility and economy of GoboSlides was demonstrated to perfection at PLASA by Robert Juliat. In addition, Goboland produced coloured glass gobos for White Light along with Leader Light, Reveal, JB Lighting, ArKaos, CITC, Seachanger, RSC Lightlock, Prism, Core, Interactive Technologies, Galaxia, JB Lighting, i-Pix, and Coemar.

The Goboland stand also sported a series of GoboSlides projected from a Derksen GL100 fixture with gobo rotator attachment, and a coloured glass custom gobo from a Derksen GL150.
