"We were really surprised when we got the call," explains Paul Siddall of Bradford-based Pro Audio Systems. "This happened a couple of months ago, when the Navy were fitting the aircraft carrier out for the exercise, and were looking for some powerful, yet compact PA systems for off-duty entertainment purposes. They must have been browsing the web, found our site and decided to put in an order with us for various bits and pieces of equipment for the carrier, which included the two HK Audio systems."
Following a drive down to Portsmouth to deliver the order to the Ark Royal, Pro Audio Systems were further rewarded with a guided tour of the mighty vessel itself.
