"The timing on this project was perfect," says Steve Cohan, Intelix CEO. "Intelix and Full Compass both saw the need for larger facilities. They just completed construction on their new facility, leaving a state-of-the-art complex looking for another hi-tech tenant."
The relocation allows Intelix to grow its workforce, including the addition of new sales and engineering positions.
"Our current location stymies growth," says Maggie Ellison, Intelix human relations coordinator. "We continue to add staff and we anticipate growing our employee base by at least 10% in the next six months. Our current location is completely maxed out. The new facility is ideal."
Intelix anticipates being fully relocated by April 2010.
