UK - The Lightfactor stand at ABTT 2009 will be filled with a wide selection of products aimed at core theatre and live performance orientated applications from high profile manufacturers including SGM and LDR from Italy and LightProcessor from the UK. Lightfactor is the exclusive UK distributor for all these products.

One of the highlights from SGM is the new Giotto Digital 1500 fixture. Using a special patented application of DLP technology, the Giotto Digital 1500 combines digital effects generation with a fully-featured moving head fixture. It offers the features of a moving light with an innovative all-digital system for generating graphic effects, whilst maintaining fundamental features like fast movement, brightness, control standards and compact dimensions.

Other SGM products will include the IP65 Genio Fixed and Genio Mobile LED 'bricks' and the full complement of SGM's Idea range of moving lights, consisting of the Idea Spot 150 and Idea Spot and Wash 250.

LightProcessor's range of Location dimmers will be prominent. This is a completely portable dimming solution for the film, TV and events industries including 6 x 10 and 6 x 16 Amp versions, complete with Cee 17's fitted on the rear, plus a 3 x 25A and a 1 x 63A module. A selection of LightProcessor's dynamic range of installation dimmers will also be at ABTT.

LightProcessor's series of DMX signal processing products includes the QDMuX, QStore and QBuffer, with the latest addition, an all 3-pin XLR buffer, developed due to popular demand from the installation market. These are available in both truss and 19" rack-mounting version.

From Italian theatrical and architectural lighting manufacturers LDR, Lightfactor will show a wide range of its traditional theatre-orientated fixtures encompassing fresnels, profiles, floods and follow spots.

A new LDR Nota moving head fixture is designed for applications needing a true theatrical luminaire and the additional flexibility of remote movement and focus. It is essentially a standard fresnel with a motorized lens, a 21 colour scroller fitted to the front and pan and tilt facilities - a dimmable source with 16-bit resolution on the movement and positional feedback on the pan & tilt.

There is also a complete range of pole operated fresnels, built around LDR's renowned Nota/Tono and Soffio/Suono D fresnels, and the new pole operated Inno 1K flood. Lightfactor will also focus on LDR's Canto range of follow spots as well as their diverse architectural ranges.
