The Synthesis Spot 700 is the first of a new generation of moving head fixtures designed and manufactured by SGM for cutting edge professional applications.
Onboard wireless DMX is fitted as standard and protection against rogue power supplies of up to 380 Volts are just two features of this fixture. The 700 Watt HTI lightsource has the potency of a 1200W light source, and there's the option of two different types of lamp for colour temperatures of either 7200°K or 5600°K. Other features include automatic hot re-strike, colour mixing, a very precise linear dimmer, animation wheel, and automatic electronic pan/tilt unlocking. There will be a hands-on demo of this product on the stand.
SGM's Giotto Spot 400 CYM luminaire will also be there, as will their Palco range of flat fronted LED wash lights plus the Ribalta LED cyc light and 'Studio' series of lighting desks.
From LDR, Lightfactor will be showing the Xpress range of scrollers, available in three different sizes to fit various ranges of lanterns. The new Xpress power distribution is compact and lightweight specially designed to feed a single Xpress colour scroller. The new Canto 1200 follow spot and a selection of LDR theatrical fixtures will also be on show.
The whole stand will be run by the Wireless DMX system as used in the Royal Opera House, London and many other productions across the UK.
Lightfactor will feature LightProcessor's Paradim and Dimension dimming ranges, both ideal for theatrical installation applications of all types. The Dimension 1210 is a wall mounted dimmer and the latest addition to LightProcessor's list of installation dimmers. Their Paradim installation dimmers offer a low-cost, 6-scene, 6 channel dimmer, available in 6 x 10A, 6 x 16A or 6 x 20A formats.
The Dimension 12 Channel Rack mounted dimmer is a fully featured touring dimmer at great price, while the Paradim digital dimmer touring range is now available with 125A Cee Form or Powerlock in/out. The Dimension Memory dimming range consists of 12 or 18 channel units of 10 Amps-per-channel, which can be wired as 3 phase or single and split between different zones.
Both Paradim and Dimension can be used in conjunction with one another.
