MAC has been signed up by the German loudspeaker manufacturer CODA Audio to develop its export sales direction on a global basis, and assist CODA's owner Svetley Alexandrov in positioning his company to take best advantage of the international market.
Anderson comments: "We're delighted to be joining the CODA operation. This company is driven by highly credible technology and has a proven ability to produce the goods, from manufacturing operations entirely based in Europe.
"CODA Audio is a vertically-orientated company, producing all elements of the sound system - drivers, hardware, enclosure, even the inductors and electronics - and thus keeping extensive control of quality, There are very few companies which do all this, and, with 180 employees, it is in fact one of the biggest pro-audio loudspeaker companies in Europe."
MAC has boosted its own operation with the recruitment of Nick Moon to a full-time role. Moon has a background in the corporate IT world, and his valuable skillset includes project management, operational and creative understanding of IT-based technologies, software development and communications systems. He is formally qualified in PRINCE2, a process-based approach for project management which is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK, practiced worldwide."Nick's arrival gives us a relatively unique string to our bow," says Anderson. "Most companies in our industry can improve the way they harness IT and communications technologies to their needs, and Nick is the man to offer that expert advice."
